Good vs Bad.
Light vs Dark.
Right vs Wrong.
There are always two sides to every coin.
Josiah ‘Liner’ Paldecki knew the moment he laid eyes on her that there was something different about her. Something special. Something so unique that it practically poleaxed him the moment that their eyes met.
Except, the next time he saw her, it was like she was a different woman altogether. There was a blankness to her eyes that concerned him. An air of menace about her that honestly scared him to death. He’s more than man enough to admit it.
At first, Liner thinks it’s because she’s bi-polar, or possibly psychopathic.
Then he realizes the truth.
That there isn’t a single person that exhibits such different personalities, but two.
Two identical twin sisters, both completely different, yet exactly the same.
One with a soul, and one without.
One that has his heart, and one that only wants to destroy it.

Snitches Get Stitches is the 8th book in the Bear Bottom Guardians MC series and the second one I had the chance to read from the author. Lani Lynn Vale's writing has something that draws me into the story and it won't leave me until I finish the book. The story of this book could have easily originated from a telenovela and it was crazy. The different eye color thing bothered me since the twins are supposed to be identical, but after some research on the internet, I found out that it can happen, so I can't count that as a plot hole.
The blurb doesn't reveal much about the story and in a way it's good. As readers, we don't know what to expect and the story was full of surprises. Theo, our heroine, is a very tortured person and I couldn't help by feel sorry for her. The stuff she went through were tragic and I was hoping for a happy ending for her. Whether she gets it or not is up for you to find out when you read the book. From my limited experience from the author, I gathered that characters get a happy ending, but not everyone. The first book of the series had a weird happy ending for example. That's the reason I kept postponing to read the book. I wasn't sure about the story and if it was going to wreck me or not. I read it though and I was sucked into the story. I read it in one sitting and I kept turning page after page wanting to see what the author had planned for our characters. The book is a page-turner and since it can be read as stand-alone, you can pick it up without wondering what is going on.
Liner was a great hero and super protective of Theo. He was one of the best parts of the book and so was his lady. I cannot talk much about her, so I will only say that I love a strong heroine and she was one. Both of them won me over.
Lani Lynn Vale is a USA Today Bestselling Author of over thirty titles. She is married with three children, two dogs, two cats, a donkey, and a couple (a couple also meaning over twenty) chickens.
When she’s not writing, you can find her curled up in her favorite chair reading.
Lani is married with three children and lives in the Great State of Texas.
