I love the cover because the lady on it has blue hair, just like our heroine. And I am a little jealous because I want to dye my hair like that one of these days. The one thing I remember strongly when I think of this book is the ending. The situation got serious pretty fast and Death has decided to step up her game. I have been wanting to read her story for quite some time now and I hope that the next book will be hers. Another thing that surprised me is the mention of Constantine's name. I do hope that he will make an appearance one day soon. I also hope that he and Death are going to be a couple and I guess I will have to wait and see what happens. We have 3 more books coming in this series alone and as some of you might now most of Donna Grant's paranormal series are connected, so you never know what will happen next.
I really wish we had spent more time on the developing of the characters. Thea is not your usual girl and I feel like we scratched the surface with her. I wanted to see her playing the music more and also the effect it had. Eoghan was an important person to the rest of the character from the moment I picked a book in the series and I don't feel like that was as pronounced in this book as it was in the other two I have read. He was tasked with a very important role and I want to see how it will carry it on in the future books. These two had a good story, but the sparks weren't there. They could have easily taken on this journey as friends. My opinion might change once I see them again in the next book though. At least I hope that they will appear...
Overall, the book was good and I would recommend it.
